jamie silverstein

Jamie Silverstein joins us with an extensive background in professional figure skating. She is Junior National Champion, Junior World Champion, and Senior National Silver Medalist, a World Team Member, and a proud member of the 2006 US Olympic Team (Turin, Italy). Additionally, Jamie has extensive training in modern dance, ballet, and ballroom dancing. She is also a certified yoga instructor (Johnny Kest, Center for Yoga), and a qualified dance instructor. She has trained national and international figure skating competitors and has done work with women who suffer from body image disorders (Green Mountain at Fox Run). Jamie is currently studying dance and movement therapy at Cornell University. Jamie is trained in the Pure Barre Technique.
